Seminar Policies

Fleet-Net Corporation seminars are conducted at Fleet-Net's facility in Las Vegas, NV.

Seminars are scheduled based on feedback from customers and availability of technicians; we attempt to accommodate all requests submitted.

Fleet-Net typically limits seminar size to six (6) attendees. Exceptions may be made based on the seminar.

Fleet-Net believes that one of the benefits of our seminars is attendees are able to interact with individuals from other transit agencies and compare procedures. This interaction often leads to new ideas being introduced and increases productivity. Therefore, Fleet-Net limits the number of attendees from one customer site to two (2) individuals. Exceptions may be made based on the seminar and number of attendees.

Fleet-Net seminar cost is $250 per day per individual. The total cost of each seminar will be charged even if the individuals can not attend all days. For example, an individual registers for a three-day seminar knowing he can not attend the last day, the cost will be $750.

Fleet-Net seminar invoices are due upon receipt. If the invoice is not paid prior to the seminar or on arrival, the individual will not be allowed to participate in the seminar.

Individuals who are planning to attend a seminar must register by mail, fax, or email. Registrations will be confirmed once minimum enrollment for the seminar has been reached. Seminars that do not meet minimum enrollment will be cancelled. Once registration has been confirmed, Fleet-Net will not cancel a seminar. Fleet-Net is not responsible for any costs incurred due to seminar cancellation.

Once confirmed, individuals will need to immediately notify Fleet-Net in writing if they will not be attending the seminar. A full refund will be given if notification is made fifteen (15) days prior to the first day of the seminar. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given if notification is made seven (7) days prior to the first day of the seminar. Seminar fees forfeited due to late notification will not be credited towards any future seminars.

Fleet-Net has reinstated credit toward seminar fees based on the number of budget billing hours the customer has purchased. The customer may attend one (1) seminar free for each budget billing hour purchased for the year. This offer is based on a calendar year. For example, a customer purchases two budget billing hours each month during the year; he will be able to attend two seminars for free during the year; if he does not attend during the year he loses the credit. Unused credit will be forfeited at the end of each calendar year. Credit used for a confirmed registration will be forfeited if the customer cancels attendance less than seven (7) days prior to the first day of the seminar. Customers ending their first year Purchase Agreement and starting their Software License and Support Agreement will receive the equivalent of a full year of seminar credits for the remainder of the year once budget billing hours have been purchased. The seminar credit balance of customers who change the amount of budget billing hours they purchase mid-year will be reviewed by Fleet-Net; a new credit balance will be determined and a statement with the new balance will be sent to the customer along with their new Software License and Support Agreement.
